Planning Your Successful Event

The following information is designed to assist you in planning your menu. When you use the guidelines, it assists everyone in providing the best event possible for you and your group. Our Catering Staff will be happy to work with you to customize a menu to suit particular tastes and themes, or just to make an event extra special.

Morrison has very high standards when it comes to quality and service for our customers. Quality food, service and presentation are our commitment to you.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Our catering hours are 7am - 7pm. Orders may be called, e-mailed or faxed in during this time. It would be great if you can personally meet with the manager - just contact us!
  • Please note that the menu is a guideline and that we are able to customize to your specifications - we do, however, appreciate a 3 day advance notice on all orders.
  • To professionally prepare for each guest, we request you place your order and guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Special orders are gladly accepted! Please let us know if there is a product or menu item that you do not see. We will try our best to make your wish come true!
  • Any order delivered before 7am and after 7 pm may be subject to a service charge.
  • 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of cold items and 48 hour notice is required for cancellation of hot items.
  • To assure that our food is at its best, please arrange for set-up no more than 15 minutes in advance of the scheduled meeting time.
  • All catering equipment must be accounted for at the time of pick-up. If it is moved, please return it to the location before pick-up. Any missing equipment will be billed to you. Please call to coordinate your pick-up time.
  • There is a $25 minimum order per delivery.
  • We accept cash, check and all major credit cards for payment of your catering event. All orders will require payment on delivery. Any order over $500 will require a 50% deposit to place the order.
  • We can arrange for flowers, special occasion cakes, special linens, rental equipment, tents, music, wait staff and pretty much any other request you may have. Of course this will cost a little extra.
  • Off-site deliveries are subject to a delivery charge. Off-site: $20 - $100 depending on distance. Please call for details.

    Advance Notice, Guarantees and Cancellations

  • To professionally prepare for each guest, we request you place your order and guarantee the number of guests attending your event at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If you need to cancel your order within 24 hours of the delivered event time, you will be charged for the delivered event time, you will be charged for the entire order. As an option, you may have the order delivered to another location in the building or packaged for travel.
